Who is the most romantic of all the zodiac signs?

This website says that Pisces are the most romantic and the true romantics of the twelve zodiac signs. But I heard people say its supposed to be Libra?

1. Well, I feel it is Cancer, but I'm a bit biased on that. All three water signs are very emotional in that way. :)
2. I think all are romantics but choose different ways to show their love. Water signs show it more than others.

Both Libra and Pisces are antiscon to each other, therefore creating lots of commonality to each other.Pisces can be dreamy about love, and Libra thinks about love but often has some guidelines - afterall Libra is a cardinal sign. So I would say, Pisces is the most romantic, and Libra who will love the deepest. But really, can we truly measure things like this based on just one sign.. in my heart I do not think so.,

11. Romance. Mostly all of the zodiac carries the romantic trait. I will leave only a couple out, and i don't think it's fair to the rest. The obvious romantics are Pisces and Aries.
12. Beleive me, libra's are the most romantic people on the planet, and they are classy, but when they are angry they'll make your life like hell.
13. It depends on what you think is romantic...for me it's: Libra's, geminis, sagittarius, cancer, aquarius And I'm an Aquarius myself.
